Duties and responsibilities
1. Implement ER strategies/policies to enhance staff engagement & morale
2. Initiate ER related process/policies/project
3. In charge of full implementation all ER related projects/events/activities, e.g. engagement survey, preferential program, newsletter, annual dinner, management meeting etc.
4. Optimize the communication channels to facilitate effective vertical & horizontal communications within the organization
5. Assist with internal communication programs
Assist with Disciplinary Meeting Administration work, e.g. Warning Letter issuing, Contract Termination Notification Letter
Requirements
Education/Experience
1. Bachelor's degree, majoring in Human Resource, English, Psychology or related discipline;
2. At least 5 years working experience in HR related function, management experience is a preferential condition
3. Experience in MNC and / or financial field would be an added advantage
