Business Development for International Market – Open to all nationalities
Responsibilities:
Develop sales plans and calling strategies for assigned territory, such as US, Europe, Middle East, Russia, Eastern Europe, Africa, ect.;
Manage existing relationships and sell to new clients
Monitor and understand customer needs, market and economic trends, as well as business opportunities and threats.
Identify and translate opportunities into new product programs or product enhancements
Develop tactics to gain market share through new and/or existing products and/or services.
Identify cross-selling opportunities
Conduct/participate in sales and customer service presentations
Ensure clients receive quality service; provide assistance as appropriate in post-sales customer service support.
Execute comprehensive account plans for relationships assigned and prospects identified
Assist in implementing strategies which will provide opportunities for business growth
Constantly liaise with the operation staff to discuss the operation/administration issues of the market products to ensure the bank is providing quality service to the accounts assigned
Qualification
University Degree
Sales Ability: Uses appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of a product, service or idea from prospects and clients.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of assigned trade products including operational aspects of trade product as well as features and benefits to support global market requirements.
Customer Service: Effectively meets customer needs, builds productive customer relationships, takes responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty
Communication: Clearly conveys information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
Teamwork: Develops and uses collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals. Actively participates as a member of a team to move the team toward the completion of goals. There will be times that work on behalf of other ITS officers is required that may not generate revenue specifically for this positions P&L. However, teamwork in such manner is not an option and is an integral part of a performance agreement.
Min 1 years' relevant experience in foreign trade in furniture sector, preferably with exposure in oversea market
Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills in English with another regional language skill desirable
Able to work independently under pressure
