Description and Responsibilities
HQTS Group is looking for western expat sales executives to join our international sales team in Shanghai & Hangzhou. The successful candidate will have previous experience in sales and business development with proven success in meeting targets. Working from Shanghai/Hangzhou, our Sales Executives initiate new business with mid to large size companies in their home country or region. The target opportunity is any company that imports consumer hard goods, soft goods, electronics, textiles, or other products and materials from anywhere in Asia.

The Sales Executive is an experienced business developer with the proven ability to independently develop executive level relationships and grow a profitable portfolio of clients through personal lead origination, qualification, consultation, sales negotiation and closure.

• A successful track record of personal sales performance
• Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing
• Excellent listening, writing and communication skills
• Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization
• Ability to think strategically when viewing client challenges and objectives
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Intellectually curious
• Determined and self-motivated
• Able to work equally well alone or as part of a team
• Able to work schedules that align with target market
• International travel is required
• Previous experience in a related field is a plus.
