Develop the curriculum of the ACE mentorship program, such as Literature, Critical Reading and Writing, Thinking Skills, Scientific Research Methodology, British and American Literature, and American History, etc.
Adapt various textbook materials and created educational presentations for classroom instruction and assessment.
Teach the above courses to the clients from grade 10 to 12, to improve their understanding of U.S. top universities as well as to enhancing their overall abilities, especially learning and research abilities.
Work with clients, providing high-level mentorship and support, as well as designing assignments and tests in order to give relevant and productive analysis & feedback throughout the process.
Assist ACE CQ in marketing activities, which may include but is not limited to public presentation to the potential clients, promote ACE mentorship program, interviews and assessment of students, etc.
High team spirit, work positively and collaboratively with other team members.
Members of this team are able to work behind the scenes, lending valuable insight and support regarding individual programs and curriculum development.
The ideal candidate must have strong people skills, a deep sense of integrity, and an ability to challenge convention and innovate within the education space.

History:
Founded in 1931, Chongqing No.1 Middle School is one of the most prestigious
middle schools in Chongqing, a southwest municipality with a population of over 30
million. The school has a long history and tradition of outstanding achievement.
Directly under the supervision of Chongqing’s Department of Education, the school
is comprised of six large campuses, enrolling over 10,000 students and employing
approximately 600 certified faculty members.
Chongqing No.1 International Studies School (CQ No.1 ISS) is the dedicated
international campus of Chongqing No.1 Middle School. Established with a global
mission in mind, the Board of Directors of Chongqing No.1 Middle School chartered
CQ No.1 ISS in 2001 under the authority of Chongqing’s Department of Education.
In the school’s initial launch, it implemented the International Foundation Year (IFY)
program, a one-year university preparatory course accredited by the Northern
Consortium of the United Kingdom (NCUK), serving students with a conduit for
matriculation in British and Australian universities. In 2010 and 2012, CQ No.1 ISS
added the A-level and AP programs respectively, further broadening the scope of
prospective universities for matriculation internationally.
Faculty and Students:
With a faculty that consists of over 100 local teachers and fourteen foreign senior
instructors possessing Master and Doctorate degrees, CQ No.1 ISS has seen 962
students graduate from world famous universities since its inception. More than 50%
of these students have been admitted by universities ranked in the top 200 of The
Times’ worldwide university ranking (2013).
A total of 135 students have pursued their Master and Doctorate degrees at top-five
universities in the UK, Australia, and U.S.A., a list that includes University of
Oxford, University of Cambridge, Yale University, and Australian National
University, etc.
Facilities:
The CQ No.1 ISS campus covers an area of over 200 acres. Campus facilities include multi-media classrooms, a multilingual library, and miscellaneous laboratories. An on-site testing center conforms to the standards of Cambridge International Examinations. Sports facilities include an indoor arena, outdoor track and field, Olympic-size swimming pool, as well as badminton, tennis, table tennis, and football facilities.
