1) Resolve customer's inquiries & complaints via email, chat, or social media
2) Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
3) Inform customer of deals and promotions
4) Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
5) Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
6) Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation
7) Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing data

9) Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers
10) Determine quality standards by reviewing email and chat transcripts to ensure that we are following company's policies
11) Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions by preparing reports
Qualifications:
1) English Major or fluent in Oral or Written English
2) Excellent communication skills–comprehension, written English skills
3) Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
4) Ability to work with little supervision and pressure
5) Exceptional Work Ethic and Student Mentality
6) Positive, Solution-Oriented Attitude
7) Tendency to Coach, Train, and Lead others
8) Experienced as Quality Assurance Specialist (optional)
9) Filipino is preferred
