        We are entrusted to seek for an accomplished manager to carry out the task of recruiting 100 to 150 esl teachers per year for 50 chain international schools in China.

        Our client is a listed company which is expanding business quickly by establishing 3 to 4 new international schools per year .The ideal candidate should be a native English speaker or a Chinese national with overseas educational background.

        Work location: Dalian

        Contract length : 2-3 years

        Duties :

        Setting up and implementing foreign teacher recruitment strategies and plans.

        Independently handle recruiting activities and deeply understand position background and JD to search and screen out suitable candidates;

        Work closely with recruitment service venders: website, headhunter, newspaper, recruitment agency etc.

        Maintain the recruitment advertisement system. Ensure recruitment channel effectiveness to maximize recruiting efficiency.

        Arrange all process of the interviews, and work with hiring manager to provide interview and employment advices.

        Responsible for negotiating the offers with the candidates and follow issues till on board.

        Treat the resumes professionally and build up talent pools.

        Track, analysis and report recruitment/staffing reports, including hiring reports, position forecast reports, recruiting cost tracking, channel effective analysis etc.

        Analyzes the reasons of employee dismissal, to find out the primary reasons of employee turnover and provide appropriate suggestion for human resources management of the company

        Responsible to educate the HR on the relevant knowledge and techniques of talent selection

        Take part in other recruiting projects such as joining the foreign teacher job fairs.

        Qualifications:

        University degrees in Human resourse or Education.

        Over 5- 10 years related ESL teacher recruitment experience in a large scale international schoolor fast-growing organization with proven track record of leading a team.

        Strong interpersonal relationship management and consulting skills.

        Good business acumen and strong program/relationship management skills.

        Good understanding of the visa laws ,HR policies and practices in China

        Contract length : 2-3 years
        3000-3500USD monthly salary based on qualication.
