Responsibilities:
1. Maintain relationships with existing business partners, enhance quality of customer service.
2. Update database of properties and any other related information for partners.
3. Basic registration of potential clients.
4. Following the changes in the immigration policy, projects.
5. Accompany partners and clients and make active sales - if required
6. Presentations to partners and clients as well as attendance on Exhibitions
7. Market research and analysis of competition on local market, create marketing
strategy and communicate with Management.
8. Coordination of business trips/meetings/calls with our Main Office.
9. Preparing of weekly activity reports
10. Other duties assigned by the Management and department director
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above (law school preferred);
2.23 years old or above,
3.Minimum 3 years of work experience (sales or legal experience is preferred)
4.Fluent English and preferably additional language (Chinese or Portuguese would be an advantage)
5.Office software proficiency
6.Excellent sales and management skills, interest to legal matters,
7.Excellent interpersonal skills; well organized and result oriented.
