Responsibilities:
1.Assist chairman preliminary to handle some documents and files ，to make screening and processing, and deliver to the chairman to review and sign ;
2.Coordinate chairman’s schedule, which includes complex itineraries and frequent travel .Inform the chairman ,and appropriate is arranged;
3.Assist the chairman to arrange daily meeting, assist the chairman to draft speech manuscript and priorities, make PPT and courseware before the meeting, and timely notify the participants time and place;
4.Assist the chairman to coordinate external public relations, to help deal with related business reception ;
5.Assist the chairman in the company's daily affairs management;
6.Other tasks assigned by chairman.

Requirements:
1.Native Americans,Excellent language skills both in Chinese & English.
2.C1 driver’s licence.
3.Bachelor degree or above.
4.Among 25 - 40 years ,Male is preferred.
5.Excellent problem solving and logical analysis ability,with related experience is preferred.
6.Good proficiency in MS office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
