Job Responsibilities
Reviewing customer orders, follow up with exceptions until issue get solved
Responding to inquiries regarding order preparation
Work closely with supply chain to fulfill customers' requirements
Communicate with US team when necessary
Requirements
Native English speaker, grew up or once studied in English speaking countries
A team player, proactive and eager to share ideas and assistance
Enjoy living in China
Technical knowledge navigating the internet and our online store
Professional yet personable phone communication skills, email, and chat communication skills
