2. Follow up the feedback processing of the public test user products of XX mobile system ), track the feedback processing progress of the product team, promote user feedback, and be responsible for the user feedback.
3. Formulated the management strategy of overseas test and test users, recruited and managed the public beta test users of (XX mobile system) overseas, and continuously encouraged users to give feedback on product problems and Suggestions

requirements:
Native English speakers, excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, Chinese daily communication skills are preferred;
2. Love mobile phone products and familiar with the functions of mobile phones;
3. Be familiar with young user groups in India, and love to communicate with overseas users such as (XX mobile system) Indian users to explore the improvement point of mobile software products;
4. Proficient in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint office software;
5. More than 2 years of Internet product operation or Internet user operation experience;
