Overall Job Description
The customer service manager is responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service possible with focus on the online part of our business. He/she is a dynamic personality who knows how to pleasantly communicates with customers via phone, email or other digital platforms and solve problems. Our ability to „wow“ the customer in her meat purchase journey including giving meat preparation and cooking advice sets us apart from any of our competitors.
Job Description Specifics
- Respond to customer inquiries around product selection
- Investigate customers problems and find solutions
- Handle customer complaints or any major incidents
- Keeping accurate records of discussion or correspondence with customers
- Oversee product exchanges, returns, and refunds
- Ensure online and wholesale orders are packed correctly
- Analyze data and statistics
- Compile and print reports on overall customer satisfaction
- Isolate, identify and implement areas of improvement related to customer service
- Utilize social media to respond to customer complaints and praise
Education, Skills & Professional Requirements
- Diploma from a reputed hospitality school
- +5 years of experience in hospitality industry (premium end) ideally with chef experience
- Proficient in Mandarin and good command of English
