Requirement:
-Native English speaker with a BA(relevant educational qualification certificate preferred)
-At least one year teaching experience with young kids from 2-6 years old
-Know some theories of constructivism, sociocultural theory, funds of knowledge, culturally responsive pedagogy ……
-Enjoy staying with kids
-Energetic, patient, responsible
-Excellent interpersonal & communication skill

Salary&Benefits:
-Salary range:25-30K before tax monthly
-Provide lunch and snacks
-Provide work permit and work visa
-Social Insurance and Health Insurance
-Chinese national holidays
-Air ticket subsidy
-Performance bonus and Yearly bonus
-4-week summer break and 3-week winter break(60% of monthly salary)

Job duties:
1. Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum, subjectcontent, pedagogical knowledge, and the needs ofstudents by providing relevant learning experiences;
2. Design coherent instruction and engage students in learning;
3. Manage classroom procedures and managing student behaviors;
4. Create an environment of respect and support;
5. Equipment set up and maintenance, such as teachingmaterials and classroom decoration;
6. Document students' learning and assess students toimprove teaching and learning;
7. Participate in school-wide teaching activities;
8. A reliable resource for parents;
