1.Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 hours per day, 8:00am to 17:00pm, one hour lunch break, around 20 teaching periods per week;
2.Student Age: 15-17 years old;
3.Class Size: 20-25 students per class;

5.Location: Wujiang District, Suzhou, Jiangsu;

Job Description

1.Follow the designated curriculum and make lesson plans suitable for the students accordingly;
2.Provide quality instruction using diverse teaching and assessment approaches appropriately;
3.Effectively manage classrooms to promote learning;
4.Design & implement suitable teaching-related documents;
5.Contribute to subject curriculum development if needed;
6.Participate in school academic and non-academic activities;
7.Engage in collaborative work with Chinese & international colleagues;

Requirements

1.Native English speaker;
2.Bachelor's degree or above (in English literature or related Education major preferred);
3.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4.Clear criminal background check;
5.SAT/TOFEL teaching experience;
6.PGCE/QTS/US Teaching license or other equivalent teaching certificates preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Base salary 27,000 to 35,000 RMB before tax per month based on experience and qualifications;
2.Free single apartment with facility and furniture (one bedroom, one living room, separated bathroom, balcony) need to pay for the utilities bill or housing allowance 2,000 RMB per month;
3.Equal to one month salary Academic-Year Bonus, pay in the middle of July;
4.Work visa provided;
5.Commercial insurance provided;
6.Up to 600 RMB for meals in cafeteria every month;
7.Flight reimbursement 10,000 RMB available annually, the first semester only could reimburse up to 5,000 RMB, No limited for the destination;
8.Tuition discount for dependents:
- A 60% off discount of Tuition fee is provided by the employer for legitimate children studying at the school within two years of service.
- A 80% off discount of Tuition fee is provided by the employer for legitimate children studying at the school starting from over two years of service. Other charges beyond tuition should be paid according to the school regulation.
9.Holidays:
- All Chinese statutory holidays
- 5 days Christmas holiday
- Full paid 2-3 weeks Winter holiday
- Full paid 5-6 weeks Summer holiday if the contract period including the summer
