1.Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 hours per day, from 8:00am to 5:00om with 1hour lunch break, 20 teaching hours per week;

3.Student Level: Primary school students, Grades 1-6;

Job Description

1.Teaching classes according to the arrangement;
2.Planning and preparing courses and lessons; teaching, according to their educational needs, pupils assigned to his/her classes;
3.Have an acute awareness of the needs of the individual students they teach to better enable them to reach their potential;
4.Plan and deliver well-structured lessons which fit in with the scheme of work, employing an appropriate range of teaching practices;
5.Teachers are trusted to structure lessons and teach in their own styles and are not required to follow a standard format;
6.Reflect on and seek to continually improve their practice, and be willing to engage in collaboration, CPD and an open-door policy;
7.Support day and residential trips to enhance and encourage the skills and experience of all pupils;
8.Communicating and consulting with the parents of pupils;
9.Undertake supervision duties as required, including covering lessons;
10.To complete any other reasonable duty as requested by the line manager;

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above (subject related majors preferred);
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.A minimum 2 years of previous teaching experience in related field;
5.PGCE/QTS/US teaching license or other equivalent teaching certification preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Base salary from 20,000 RMB to 30,000 RMB before tax based on experience and qualifications;
2.Additional housing allowance 3,500 RMB per month provided;
3.Loyalty bonus provided equal to one month’s salary upon two-years contract completion;

- Holiday entitlement will be as per the school holidays with full pay, but staff will be required in school for additional dates to be advised for induction, training and CPD.
