Salary and Benefits:
Salary range: 20000-30000RMB per month
Performance bonus after 6 months (related with the result of teacher & student assessment)

Qualifications & experience:
● At least 2 years of teaching experience
● Sponsored accreditations including Trinity CertTESOL, Cambridge TKT, Trinity DipTESOL and DELTM etc.
● Have a bachelor’s degree (any major accepted)
● Have strong communication skills
● Native English speaker from: the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa (due to visa regulations)
● Have a clean criminal background
● Newly qualified PGCE teachers WELCOME


Job Responsibilities （included but not limited to）
● Design and strictly follow lesson plans, teaching objectives and syllabus with co-teachers
● Fully prepare and review the lesson in advance together with co-teachers
● Prepare the teaching and learning according to the course handbooks
● Daily communication with co-teachers; weekly and monthly meetings with co-teachers to ensure continuity of teaching content and teaching pace
● Supervise teachers’ performance according to the teaching and inspection handbooks.
● Organise and attend extracurricular activities, such as English Corner, at least twice a week
● Grade students’ assignments and test papers, follow-up with students and parents if necessary
● Interact with both parents and students in a way that is educational and fun
● Participate in teacher training sessions and assessments held by senior teachers and schools
