Classroom Organizer • set up the classroom (the layout of the tables and chairs) • help Chinese teachers set up tables for lunch and beds for kids to take naps
Instructor • plan a program that helps each student achieve learning objectives and curriculum goals
• prepare lesson materials and resources appropriate to the students and learning
activities
• utilize games, music, books, art and other resources to teach basic skills and foster
studentdevelopment • be aware of different learning styles and try to reach each student in the way he/she
learnsbest • Assess children’s performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills on
regular basis
• Monitor children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing
• instruct children on personal hygiene practices and self -care
