Job Responsibilities:
1: Plan and develop valuable products and solutions by researching the B2B e-commerce platform and mining requirements in different languages, such as English, French, Russian, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese ,etc.
2: Develop and main the gongchang.com’s multilanguage website (English, French, Russian, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese,etc)
3: Formulate and implement annual operation strategies for multilanguage website of gongchang.com (English, French, Russian, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, etc.)
4: Cooperate to promote the resources integration of the Chinese site of gongchang.com and other sub-programs.;
5:Other related work.

Qualifications:
1: Set annual goals and make out working plans of International Business Department.
2: Pay attention to the developing directions and the profit models of B2B e-commerce platform; provide ideas and support for company related strategies.
3 Adjust strategy in time based on the implementation of all tasks
4 Formulate effective measures to motivates staff and improve their sense of responsibility.
5 Responsible for the communication and coordination among related projects;
6 Take the lead to execute and supervise the subordinate to implement rules and regulations issued by the company;
7 Finish other temporary work assigned by company and superiors, develop high sense of responsibility and genuine passion for work.
