As CEO assistant, you will have several missions in terms of daily life operation, Marketing & Communication, Sales and Business development

- CEO Assistant
o Assist the CEO in the daily operation, business trip and schedule organization, etc…
o Organize and participate to the company daily life

- Marketing & Communication
o Manage and follow projects on Marketing & Communication related subjects (ID-RF visual identity, Website, product catalog, newsletter, networking event, etc…)

- Business Development
o Assist CEO in Business development operation in China and overseas
o Find new networks and relationship to increase ID-RF visibility on Chinese and overseas Smart Home market
o Organize ID-RF exhibition in Europe, US and Asia.
o Visit key exhibition where ID-RF is not present to develop ID-RF business and meet new partners
o Create / Update and Send company presentation and price list to prospective customer
o Organize meeting with prospective customer to present ID-RF solutions and products
o Spread the word about ID-RF activities in all day life

- Sales
o Ensure sales interface with China local and overseas customer
o Get customer forecast and order on time to prepare products production and logistics
o Confirm prices and schedule to customer
o Deal with production Dpt. (outsourced) to set up planning according to customer need
o Arrange product logistics

3. Job Requirements
- Motivated by start-up company culture: small team, dealing with many different matters, quick growth
- Successful and significant experience of at least 2 years on similar position
- Customer oriented and strong relationship skills
- Open-minded, curious and modern
- Excellent skills in Chinese and English (compulsory)
- An Extra language, such as French, is highly appreciated
