JOB DESCRIPTION
* Prepares documents for the Sales/Marketing team such as invoices, reports, etc
* Responsible to deal with logistics companies (mainly UPS)
* Keep an overview over ongoing orders
* Many other responsibilities will be assigned according to the candidate’s skills (proof-reading, typewriting, going to exhibitions, helping to take photos/videos etc)
* Based in Shenzhen

REQUIREMENT
* Chinese as mother tongue
* Solid written English skills, Basic spoken English skills
* Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
* Pay attention to details
* Honest and hard working
