Essential Responsibilities
• Leading the execution of key programs.
• Developing and maintaining program milestones for all key programs.
• Creating knowledge database of programs to develop repository of key learnings.
• Working cross-functionally across sales and marketing to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinating major cross-business, cross modality customer events and trade shows, including pre and post event activities, demonstrator schedule, training, sales tools and collateral, and inquiry follow up. Quality Specific Goals: 1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position 2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines 3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

Qualifications/Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related field
2. 2 years experience in marketing or related field
3. Excellent oral and written communications skills Preferred

1. MBA or Master's degree in Marketing
2. Proven record of accomplishment of establishing and managing project plans, adjusting to changing circumstances. Prioritizes and effectively controls key milestones. 3. Successful experience working in team environment.
4. Exceptional drive and creativity.
5. High energy, works proactively and demonstrates flexibility in approach to changing work priorities. 6. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers and/or sales force

8. Healthcare industry experience
