Job responsibility:
1) Manage all official purchase order and supervise the order process.
2) Settle all payment issues with vendors.
3) Work close with forwarder and carrier on order schedule follow up and anticipate issues.
4) Ensure orders to be delivered on time and in full.
5) Ensure the correctness of all shipping documents.
6) Keep all concerned parties informed about shipment activity timely.
7) Evaluate vendor, forwarder, and carrier performance to get improved.
8) Work over the whole Supply Chain, promoting good working relationships through effective communication
9) Optimize the Logistic process to continuously reduce costs and lead-times.

Job requirements:
1) 1 to 3 years working experience.First experience in Supply Chain management for a foreign sourcing office. Logistic experience in the factory is interesting.Fresh graduates majoring in Logistic Management is also considerable.
2) Be familiar with international transportation, customs policy, especially for air & LCL shipment.
3) Good team work attitude.
4) Methodical work organization. Act fast and efficiently.
5) Diplomacy and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6) Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Basic in French.
7）Good IT knowledge (Microsoft Office).
8）Bachelor degree is preferred
