Doormen Payment Standard:
Subsidy Standard: 4000-6000RMB / month during the internship, depending on the location of the hotels, the consuming condition of the city, the level of the hotels and the nationality of the internships. Usually the internship would last for 6-12 months.

Employment standard: aged between 20-30
Male: 170-180 CM in height, health and symmetry, good image and temperament, without bad habits, 60-80KG in weight.
Female: 160-175 CM in height, health and symmetry, good image and temperament, without bad habits, 50-65KG in weight.

Hotel’s responsibility:
Supply accommodation, 2-4 person per room, including TV, air condition, network, cold and hot water, bedclothes, 3 meals per day and accident insurance.

Responsibilities of doorman:
1.Obey and carry out all rules and operation procedures of hotel
2.Check out the transition records to know the last colleague’s work in case of something needing to follow up.
3.Follow the work arrangement and supervisor of hotel assistant manager
4.Help customers to register and check out following hotel’s operation procedures, for example help them carry luggages
5.Assist to remain the order of the lobby, and report to superior leaders in time
6.Always smile,use courtesy languages and standard gestures in working time to create a good atmosphere
7.Keep customers’ temporary luggages and handle with those overdue luggages
8.Lead customers to rooms with enthusiasm and courtesy, and introduce them ways to use service items and equipments in rooms
9.Send newspapers, letters, packages and left objectives of customers in time
10.Be responsible for decorations for guests in group, and welcome boards and direction boards.
11.Provide rent service of umbrellas
12.Assist front desk to change rooms, show rooms, change room cards for customers
13.Be responsible for all agency services
