Responsibilities
?Lead the Shanghai team to deliver company finance, customers, operations and Quality Ethics Supplier Development (QESD) key performance Indicators (KPIs)
?Lead the central functional work in Shanghai team to enable effective operation of the Shanghai team
?Develop expansion plan for Shanghai team with Management team in Hong Kong and drive /deliver project/activity migration plan from Hong Kong sourcing office to Shanghai team. Ensure key stakeholders are engaged and regular reviews to ensure business needs are met
?Identity the people’s capability gap for cross functional teams in Shanghai team, organize and plan training program in order to uplift staff technical skills and performance to support the expansion of Shanghai office
?Fully accountable for end to end delivery of New Product Development and any ongoing replenishment skus, to an agreed cost, quality and on time. Managing key stakeholders throughout the process to deliver the required results
?Lead Quality Ethics Supplier Development QESD team to ensure all products delivered are compliant to our company requirement and they originate from a sustainable source
?Ensure the ethical and quality management standard is aligned with HK Sourcing office in terms of working with regional vendor base
Requirements
?Graduate / equivalent with a minimum of 10 years post graduate experience in Sourcing / Buying, Project Management or other similar roles, with people management
?Strong product and sourcing experience
?Knowledge of the Product Categories including colour cosmetics, gifting and accessories and production techniques applicable to European markets
?Good experience and understanding in ethical and quality management in a recognised ethical sourcing operation
?Proven track record in Cross Functional team management
?Able to build good relationships and network across different groups
?Strong negotiation skills
?Drive to develop others and self
?Logical and analytical thinking, to make effective decisions
?Fluent in spoken English
?Understanding of UK market and culture, enjoys working with different cultures
?Experience in leading the regional office
?A strong leader, who is resulted focused and drives improvement
?Energetic, confident and resilient in all situations
?Flexible approach and adaptable to change
