iSoftStone is searching for our new Transition Project Manager to join the Worldwide Services department in our Beijing Headquarters. You will be responsible for the management and delivery of critical pilot projects for our clients.

Responsibilities:
Your main task is the management of new or small-scale projects from our customers; this involves employing a range of duties which will test the breadth of your skill set, from adhering to strong project management practices, to thinking outside of the box to find the best methods to delivery projects, as well as:

- Communicating with the client to understand all the project requirements

- Organizing the necessary project team to produce the services we are offering

- Overseeing and ensuring on time project schedule and high quality services

- Researching software tools and methods to deliver services

- Review project outcomes and determine any corrective actions that should be taken for similar future projects

When pilot projects are successful, you will assist our department staff to set up processes and systems to support the project as an ongoing delivery, based on best practices learnt during the pilot.

During off-peak times, there will be the opportunity to collaborate with our department teams on our diverse internal initiatives, such as software R&D, marketing products, and communication strategy.

Qualifications:
- An independent problem solver; you will be able to analyze each projects challenges and find solutions quickly through researching or seeking technical assistance from our internal resources

- Fluent English proficiency: as you will communicate with international clients, it’s critical for you to have both excellent written and oral skills

- Enthusiasm and energy to reach results-based targets

- 2 years project management experience or a bachelor degree in business or computer science related fields preferred

- Demonstrable technical knowledge in a range of software systems, mainly application and internet focused preferred
