International professional required for the position of executive personal assistant to the CEO of one of Shanghai's largest Media companies.
Working location = Shanghai
Starting salary 8000-12000rmb, with opportunities for performance-related bonuses.

Responsibilities:

1. Liaise both with international clients and domestic offices and coordinate with different teams within the company
2. Draft proposals, contracts and documents following meeting discussions for review.
3. Copy edit and proofread business and PR documents in English
4. Accompany the CEO to meetings and on business trips, working as executive personal assistant and fulfilling all admin and secretarial duties as required by the CEO.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, two years of related working experiences
2. Proficient with EXCEL, WORD, PPT and other office software
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skill
4. Able to work in team environment
5. Cross-cultural sensitivity
6. English: Fluent. Chinese: Intermediate. (Preferably with one other European Language.
7. Female, 21-32 years old
8. Recent photos
