Summary

Specialty coffee was born in Williamsburg, New York. Williamsburg Coffee Roasters, now based in Shanghai aim to bring specialty coffee and culture to this city. Importing Q graded green bean Single-Origins from around the world, we then roast locally and on demand.

Selling to various restaurants, cafés and hotels in Shanghai we create distinct premium blends that adapt to consumer taste. We also specialize in supplying/renting coffee machines, coffee machine maintenance and staff training.

Job description

- Target potential customers, expand and develop sales.
- Manage key accounts to a professional caliber.
- Assist in the expansion and growth of our brand and business.

Looking for

- Very creative
- Excellent people skills
- Be able to communicate to a very high and professional level in English and Chinese. Any other language is a plus.

Salary

6000 - 12000 base salary plus 10% commission on first sale and 5% commission on repeat sales.
Base salary negotiable on experience
