Job Description:
Requirements：
- Bachelor degree in HR or relevant field
- At least 2 years of related work experience (in K-12 school preferred)
- Familiar with related regulations
- Good communication skills
- Self - motivated
- Fluent in both Chinese and English

Responsibilities:
- Administration of employee contracts, ensuring employee receive all payments and benefits they are entitled to under their contracts and ensuring all such payments are in accordance with individual employment contracts
- Help with school projects management
- New staff recruiting arrangements
- Responsible for Chinese staff enrolling and resign process
- Staff attendance record
- Preparation and submission of reports and data as required by Principal and Director of Administrations from time to time
- Help with expat staff work permit and visa application
- Other duties assigned

    ECNUAS will be established as a Dulwich College International partner school subject to annual inspections by EIM.For instance, students of ECNUAS will have priority access to Dulwich College International Schools (subject to availability and eligibility).
