iSoftStone is looking for a Project Team Leader to join our Worldwide Services Department in our Beijing Headquarters. The Project Team Leader is dedicated to manage all resource requirements according to project specifications. And as a leader of the team, has the opportunity to deal with different client stakeholders and department members.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire workflow of the project
- Keep an accurate track and report system
- Determine resource requirements (including software, hardware and facilities)
- Ensure business processes are efficient and pinpoint potential defects in the service
- Guarantee our client’s demands are fully met
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality of deliverables for our client’s project
- Offer creative solutions for improvements
- Report data, communicate feedback and issues to Project Manager
- When necessary work with external contractors in addition to internal resources
- Cooperate to maintain project quality, client and team satisfaction

Qualifications
- Full work proficiency in English
- Fluency in one the following languages: German, Portuguese, Japanese, French, Italian, Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of working experience as a Project Team Leader preferred, but not compulsory
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written with diverse audiences
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Effective organization and time management skills
