Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding professional service to our customers
• Design, build, and manage Linux servers for Reliability, Performance, and Security
• Become an expert in all areas of large-scale Internet operations
• Make improvements to our systems, tools, processes, and knowledge
• Build and use automation, DevOps, CMDB, and provisioning tools
• Develop good quality training materials and provide training to the team members
• Help architect complex network designs and solve technical problems

Qualifications:
Must Have's:
• Experience in Reliability, Performance, and/or Security Engineering
• Several years experience managing Linux Internet systems
• Strong knowledge of the Linux operating system and Linux tools (top/iostat/vmstat/sar, etc.)
• Familiar with tuning Web service (apache / Lighttpd / Nginx ) + (PHP/Ruby-passenger)
• Familiar with other web technologies and tools, such as Cisco, Huawei, F5, SVN, Python, etc.
• Excellent problem solving skills with a desire to learn and take on responsibility
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure within a reasonable time frame
• Good written and oral communication skills, with ability to interact with end-users, peers, and management
• Working extra hours if the duty requires it
• Willing to be available and On-Call to provide critical support to our 24x7 team

Nice to Have's:
• PHP & Java operations
• High-performance MySQL, MongoDB, pgSQL, Oracle
• LDAP and security engineering
• Good experience managing and tuning monitoring servers (Zabbix / Nagios / Cacti / etc.)
