Job Responsibilities:
--Comfortable leading ,coaching and managing the entire creative team, ensure the quality of creative works. Help the creative team to flesh out a feasible solution that will fit in the defined schedule.
--Passionate about creating ideas and executions, maintain high coding standards and practices on all aspects of development.
--Oversee and manage the whole creating process, have deep understanding of advertising, able to lead the direction of projects in order to meet client’s needs.


Job Requirements:
--Bachelor degree or above; at least 8 years of advertising experience, works in an international advertising agency; at least 2 years experience as a creative director.
--Solid experience in copywriting or graphic design, excellent communication and presentation skill. Awards winner is preferred.
--Great command of English & Mandarin in speaking and writing, Singaporean or Malaysian is preferred. Global branding experience is definitely a plus. Overseas working experience or overseas further study experience is required.
