Our client is a global leading pharmaceutical company, for growing business, they are currently looking for one clinical study manager to join their team based in Beijing or Shanghai.
You will be accountable for planning, executing and reporting on a number of phase I-III, global phase IV and TM clinical studies for a country or cluster, from planning and site feasibility through study close-out, in compliance with processes and regulatory requirements with coordinating with 10-20 CRAs. You will also be the key to good communication and professional relationships with clinical investigators, international colleagues in HQs and CPOs and also global and local vendors.
To ensure your success, 5 or above years' strong experience in clinical research with medical background is a plus. Experience in a monitor role overseeing clinical trials with strong Interpersonal skills and strong project Management and leadership skills are essential.
