RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support clients in the communication with their landlords
- Arrange maintenance and services according to clients’ needs (moving vans, ayi, Internet set-up, AC repair, etc.)
- Develop and maintain great relationships with existing clients and check in periodically to ensure high-quality service during their tenancy
- Approach all problems with patience, empathy, and a sense of humor

REQUIREMENTS

- Language: Native to fluent Chinese speaker with good colloquial English
- Independent: detailed oriented, proactive & motivated, able to prioritize assignments
- Interpersonal Skills: listen to clients needs and communicate with them effectively and pleasantly; outgoing personality
