The Senior Maintenance Technician helps keep the facilities clean and in a working order. He performs a large variety of tasks, is in charge of overseeing all cleaning, repairs, and facilities equipment updating and ensuring it is completed on time. He supervises maintenance staff on a daily basis to verify progress and correct completion of maintenance duties.
Repairing and performing regular maintenance on fixtures and equipment
Responsible of troubleshooting problems as they arise, identifying and addressing potential areas of concern and operating equipment necessary to complete these tasks.
Must have a solid understanding of the various systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, security.
Keep the building in a clean and orderly condition by examining the building on a regular basis for needed repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness.
Supervise junior maintenance technician.
Knowledge of safe work practices and policies

Must work well with supervisor to reach all maintenance objectives within specified time-frames, must also perform effectively on he’s own with minimal supervision.
Need to speak English
Possess a Driving Licence 2 and Electrical certificate grade B
