Job Description
1. Assist CEO to make strategic development plan. Be clear about the company's future development direction, key areas, the core business and core competitiveness
2. Assist CEO to comprehensively coordinate and organize on the investment, operation, capital operation, etc and grasp the main business activity
3. Specially research on the company development strategy and core business
4. Be able to make strategic target and implementation plan adjustment according to the company overall operation plan and external situation
5. Responsible for assisting CEO to draft, modify, review relevant documents, organizing all kinds of documents, reports, summarize and other materials. Responsible for overseeing, processing and feedback of CEO files and documents.
6. Complete other work authorized by and assigned by the company

Qualification
1. Educational requirement: Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in finance, economics, management or related
2. Industry requirement: 2 years above of internet experience and 1 year above of fashion, culture, entertainment, education, film and television experience
3. Background requirement: Finance, investment, VC, business, law, technology related
4. Ability requirement: Enterprise strategy management, organizational reform management, project management and securities investment etc. training experience
5. Language requirement: Good Chinese and English speaking, reading and writing ability, familiar with office software
6. Nationality requirement: None Chinese nationality with good Chinese language proficiency；Chinese nationality, need to have overseas study background.
