Position: Negotiator / Assistant Manager for commercial/office properties

Responsibilities

Job Description
- Develop long-term business relationship with office/retail occupants.
- Analyze occupancy of clients and strategic client advisory are highly regarded
- Identify suitable options and do the financial analysis for clients
- Carry out lease negotiation and project management
- Update company database and website
- Train the junior negotiators

Job requirement
- Matriculation or equivalent standard;
- Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese;
- Good hand on real estate agency knowlodge.
- Excellent communication skill, presentable, self-initiative, responsible and strong problem solving skill.

Requirements
• Degree in any discipline, preferably in real estate or property related degree
• With at least 1 years Real Estate agency experience in property sector
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• With experience of living or study aboard
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Negotiator
