An International Design agency, specializing in high-end retail & shopping mall projects is currently expanding their design team in Shanghai and is looking for a Project Manager to join their team immediately.

The successful candidate will solid possess knowledge of local regulation codes as well as being able to lead the construction of the project throughout all stages, ensuring that all project goals are met on schedule. You should also be able to establish and manage the delivery strategy and critical path of each project in line with agreed specifications and within established budgets.

The selected candidate will be responsible for: schematic and design development, overall project planning, control & deliverables, coordination with the design team plus external vendors and the LDI, material selection, monitoring drawings and site progress.

Skills

To be a successful in this position you should possess the following key skills

Degree qualified in an interior design, architecture, project management or related discipline
5 + years of experience in retail focused PM works
Ability to lead a team to deliver design projects within established budgets and schedules and work continuously to improve cost base and client satisfaction
Knowledge of PRC Building rules and Regulations
Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage situations with diplomacy
Manage and develop team members to ensure consistency across projects
Fluency in English and Mandarin is a MUST for this role
Proficient in AutoCAD software
