Job purpose:
The Product Manager will form an integral part of the Purchasing function in the achievement of Retail Buyer's objectives. With a strong, solid background in purchasing and supply chain management, the Product Manager will take a proactive approach in reviewing current processes and procedures, making recommendations and implementing changes. The role is a key to leading the company forward in securing quality suppliers of products covering price delivery and quality targets.

Job Responsibilities：
1. Communicate and identify customer’s request for products and suppliers
2. Identify existing and source new suppliers
3. Identify and develop products
4. Price and conditions negotiation
5. Order management, i.e. tracking delivery on time, order information is accurate in accordance with agreed quotation
6. Supplier performance management, i.e. quality, delivery, price adjustment etc.
7. Ensure shipped product in accordance of customer’s expected technical & quality standard
8. Problem solving, i.e. claims, rebate, marketing contribution etc.

Job Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 3 years’ experience on similar positions in an international purchasing/trading company on related products
3. Professional experience and knowledge in sourcing of required product category, familiar with European market
4. Sound understanding of technical know-how of required product category
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, project management and problem solving capability, develop business and deliver results, able to lead and develop people
6. Good MS office applications skills
7. Excellent English speaking and writing capability
8. Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time), including overseas trips
