New teachers undergo initial training that includes an overview of our school and its goals, and introduction to BLS curriculum, and functional training to prepare new teachers for their first lessons in the classroom,
New teachers also learn about our teaching methodologies, interactive white boards and educational technologies, and learn to write effective lesson plans upon arrival.
Both training and learning are on-going processes throughout your contract at BLS!
We are currently seeking passionate teachers to instruct students between the ages of 3 to 13.
1. Native Englih speaker; 22—45 years old;
2. Bachelor Degrees or above;
3. Can start working ASAP;
4. Students age: 3 to 13 years old, less than 12 kids per class
5. Location: Shenyang City
1. ￥11000 monthly for 12 hours per week; ￥13000 monthly for 15 hours per week;
2. Provide housing allowance ￥2000 per month or free apartment
3. Provide working visa
4. 2 days off per week(Monday and Tuesday)
5. Provide insurance
6. The terms of this contract are for 15 months from the start date. If 15 months is fulfilled and the employee renews the contract with the company, they will receive an additional bonus of ￥4,000 and the employee’s salary may increase 10% for the first renewal, and 5% for the second renewal. The employee will also receive a bonus of ￥4,000 upon completion of six months of the contract and a bonus of ￥8,000 upon the completion of 15 months.
