Key Responsibilities：
1. Communicating with cinemas; discovering and collecting customers’ problems (via face to face discussion or questionnaire survey) and then giving feedback to Vista；
2. Giving brief demonstration to cinema managers about Vista’s new products and new modules about to use; the demonstration can be done together with implementation team or other team in early period;
3. Participating in Vista’s product promotion activities;
4. Communicating with Vista Group’s subsidiaries, such as MACCS and Movio, about landing work and resource coordination.
5. Cooperating with other teams’ work, such as sales, product, service support and implementation;
6. Communicating with New Zealand office （ENG）；
7. Customer relationship maintenance; organizing and participating in customer activities, increasing customer satisfaction;
8. Well communication with China team, promoting English learning and interacting atmosphere;
9. Great sense of team spirit, good at communication, strong service awareness and work initiative.

Selection Criteria：
1. Native EN Speaker, with Chinese speaking will be a plus;
2. Relevant experience in software or project management;
3. Be familiar with VISTA group/cinema system will be a plus;
4. Keen on IT industry, and have greater interest in film industry;
5. Working experience regarding cinema market, sales or relevant project will be a plus.
