Job description

Part 1: Administrative assistant: General translation of day-to-day activities
- Follow up of mailing in Chinese/English for management team
- Following up the recordings of the sales accounts
- Booking appointments for the sales representatives
- Translations for campaigns on social media (WeChat & Linkedin)
- Follow up on Chinese written press & market trends – weekly reports
- Translation & sending of bi-monthly newsletter
- Organizing events and structuring the calendar of the entire team

Part 2: Commercial assistant:
- You are the Go-To Person for after sales communication for both English & Chinese speaking accounts
- Plumbing team communication:
- Coordinate planning for weekly installations & maintenance service
- Follow up on installations & client feedback
- Recording of all steps into the sales & maintenance software
- You are the After-Sales Central for Q&A and customer support

Requirements
- BILINGUAL English-Chinese is a must
- Strengths: administration & communication
- Self-starter, flexible, structured & thoughtful are key words that describe you
- General interest in healthy living & water treatment systems
