Duty of Work:
1. Responsible for the introduction of new process and automation equipment to improve production efficiency and product quality;
2. Design and introduce advanced manufacturing systems and processes to meet the company's requirements for delivery and product quality;
3. Responsible for the production line planning and layout;
4. Responsible for equipment and tooling management;
5. Responsible for new product introduction
6. Responsible for the construction and staff management of supply chain, engineering, quality and production departments.

Job qualification：
7. Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering, be good at English;
8. At least 10 years engineering working experience in electronic and instrument manufacturing company;
9. Familiar with the production line, tooling, equipment planning and automation transformation of electronic, instrument manufacturing enterprises, good logical thinking ability and learning ability;
10. Be familiar with production line simulation software to simulate and implement the production line layout, process flow and material flow;
11. Be very familiar with automation equipment and related plant control system, be wealthy with experience of factory intelligence. Have excellent automation production line, automatic equipment planning ability
12. Familiar with industrial automation measuring instruments and products, experience with similar product as manufacturing director, especially in pressure transmitter and sensors, production equipment, engineering, etc.
13. Long term career planning in China.
