Job Description:
Work out sales plans for designated MENA markets, and re-adjust as per unexpected situations.
Proactively establish quick presence in designated markets.
Successfully sign partnership agreements with prospective sales channels of immigration, wealth management, tourism, law firms by attending domestic and international fairs and exhibitions, as well as by other sales methods
Collect and analyze information of competitors, and work out strategies to win
Grasp all immigration programs of the employer precisely, comprehensively and timely, offer regular and detailed trainings to sales channels
Maintain excellent relationship with sales channels
Lead a sales team of 2-5 members to accomplish sales targets
Paper translation might be involved occasionally
Other duties assigned by the Director
Possibility to establish an office for outstanding performers in the designated country of MENA region
On-job training is provided
Qualifications:
University or above, quick learner
Three years’ sales experiences in UAE or in any MENA country out of five years’ sales experiences or above
Be ready for business trips in MENA region, even worldwide occasionally
Outstanding presentation skills, interpersonal skills, time management skills, team management experiences
Well-educated, hard-working, result-oriented, and ready for challenges
Good manners, neat personal appearance
Knowledge on Arab business practices is a plus
