job description：
1. Construction and implementation of the coach training system (including not limited to monthly, quarterly, annual training plans, budgets, personnel assessments, etc.);
2. Assist the center to do the assessment and management of the coaches, continuously improve the teaching quality of the coaches, and cooperate with the center to improve the satisfaction of the parents;
3. The construction, management and implementation of the semi-annual and annual qualification examination evaluation system for the coaches;
4. Development and management of foreign coaches (including not only foreign coach recruitment, employee relationship management)
5, the elite team coaches skills upgrades and training management, regularly lead the team to participate in relevant children's events, to achieve excellent results and enhance influence.

Job requirements:
1. Relevant industry post management experience for 1-3 years, a good relevant educational background;
2, Good at communicating with parents, love sports, like children;
3. Positive optimism, embrace change, and strong execution;
