2.To take dessert and beverage orders for customers, upselling wherever possible

3. To communicate customers’ orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the order system and constantly update any changes
如果有客人有任何特殊需要和请求，用点单系统和厨房沟通，并持续不断地更新客人的任何需求变化
4. To transport items to the customers tables in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality
及时地为客人上甜品，确保食物质量
5. To anticipate customers’ needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, respond urgently and appropriately to customer concerns and request
预知客人需求，确认满意度，提供意见，关注客人，满足客人的需求
6. To complete assigned opening side work for operation, including mis en place, setting and resetting tables, changing candles.
在营业前需要完成：准备工作，设台和翻台，换蜡烛，清洁工作。
7. To participate in all required meetings or training course
参加一切所需的会议和培训课程
8. To assist in seating customers and present menus
为入座的客人提供菜单
9. To ensure that all sales are properly recorded, following procedures for ordering, voiding or correcting items.
确保所有销售都被记录，根据点单程序，避免漏单，错单，正确的记录。
10. To maintain the assigned station in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
任何时候都要保持指定区域额清洁，而且要有秩序。
11. To complete assigned closing side work
协助完成收档工作
12. To treat all operating equipment and supplies carefully to minimize damage or breakage and reduce wastage
认真对待所有营业用品和和设备，来减少最低程度的损失，减少浪费
13. To work in a supportive and flexible manner with other employees and other departments.

14. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior.

Job Requirement 职位要求：
1. Fluent in speaking English, with good communicating skills.
英语听说流利，并掌握一定的沟通技巧
2. Have good image and temperament
五官端正，气质良好
3. Have a good working attitude and sense of team work.

4. Knowledge of dessert and beverage (we will training for these)
餐饮方面相关知识（我们会提供专门的培训）
5. Preferable with related working experience.
有相关工作经验者优先录用
6.Work 3 days a week, Thursday, Friday, Saturday night.
