It's Flexibl French Spanish German proofreading job using your spare time.
The process of proofreading work differs from traditional language proofreading. Since the proofreading target is the products for sale by cross-border e-commerce, in addition to the basic language proofreading, we have formulated the steps and optimization standards, and you need to strictly abide by our standards. It may be a bit complicated to start with. But when you are familiar with it, you will find that speed and efficiency will be greatly improved. We plan to finalize 3-4 freelance proofreaders in each language and work with us for a long time. We believe that after a period of running-in, the most suitable proofreaders will stay. How to translate?
The original text have been written by Chinese staff, The follow steps are what you need to do:

Step one: Basic Proofreading:
A)Word usage (nouns; verbs; adjectives; prepositions; genders; singular and plural, etc.);
B)Sentences (grammar, coherence, smoothness, logic;)
C)Punctuation; unit of measurement, etc.

Step two: Optimization/localization
Shorten some lengthy sentence expressions; Modify or rewrite some full sentences; add some complete sentences or paragraphs,

Step three:
Provide some key words and report template.

How do we start to work together?
Before we start, we will do a test , after the test you will start formally. At the beginning when you are not familiar with the job, your speed might be a bit slow, but when you are familiar with it, you can accomplish the task in a large number of efficiency.

How is the payment?
We plan to have a large number of products be optimized. You may start with small amount at the beginning. When you do well with good quality we will be delivering more to you.
The Payday is in two weeks after each round of task is finished.
