Purpose:
The role of the ESL Teacher is to provide the students adequate exposure to all-English-speaking environment and to teach necessary skills to help students accelerate their acquisition of English for the purpose of enhancing their comprehensive proficiency level in terms of better commanding of the language.
Type of Training
• Intensive training：
The company has their own training center and will provide food and accommodation. They usually have class 6 days/week and last 2 months， teachers can teach 2 or 4 days in one week.
• In house training：
Our teacher will teach in the company，usually each class lasts 2 hours，we will help teacher to arrange 2 or 3 classes in one day.
• 1on1 training：
Our teacher will teach in the company，usually each class lasts 2 hours，teacher and students could discuss the class time.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Prepare materials and classrooms for class activities,
• Implement procedures and course contents according to pre-designed course planners required by the organization,
• Instruct students individually and in groups, using various teaching methods such as lectures, discussions, and demonstrations,
Compensation:
We offer competitive compensation above market level especially for full-time teachers, whose package includes paid vacation, insurance, bonus of various kinds, etc.
Full Time teacher：
The Wage is above 18000.
Teaching Hour：70 hours/month
Office Hour：16 hours/month
Part-time teacher：
Hourly wage：200-300/hour
