Position information and requirements:
•Maximum 30 teaching hours per week plus 10 office hours
•Class size:below 7 students（Ages:2.5 through 50 and mainly 2.5 through 18）
•Pre-made lesson plans and training curriculum
•Irregular working hours
•Working with an assistant of a Chinese teacher
•5 working days per week

Salary and benefits:
.Competitive remuneration of 12000 to 16000RMB monthly based on qualifications(a two-month probationary period is needed)
•14 days paid annual leave in witer holiday plus 5000RMB as travel tickets.
•21 days national holidays plus one day for Christmas plus both 5 days for marital leave and bereavement leave

•Arrival assistance(Airport pick-up and apartment search)

•Bonus and reward:100RMB for each kid recruited by the teacher
.Overtime hours and teaching above 120 hours per month which will be paid monthly by 100RMB/hour
.Basic salary will receive a 5% rise to grant every year
.5000RMB as year-end bonus at the completion of one year contact if both sides wish to continue the working relationship

Desired skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree
TEFL or TESOL certificate
Loving children and teaching
Two years or more teaching experience will be preferred
