Responsibilities:

- Responsible for and lead all new products development of company’s yearly catalog
- Set direction and tendencies for new jewelry products
- Guide and direct 5 member’s design team, briefs for new products design
- Support and direct product Development team for new products
- Support and accompany sales reps with their customer’s specific requirements
- Meet with customers in international shows, learn markets and requirements

Requirements:

- Strong background in fashion consumer goods, preferably jewelry: design, product development
- Good understanding and sense of marketing, consumer goods
- Work experience of at least 5 years in relevant area, preferably in fashion, jewelry
- Good at design software programs including 3D rhino
- Good English - must, other languages- advantage
- Living and working in Guangzhou
