Responsibilities:
-Plan and teach lessons in accordance with the provided materials
-Ensure high quality of teaching
-Deal with students’ enquiries and requests
-Ensure that a good relationship with students and other staff members is developed and maintained
-Co-ordinate with learning directors to follow students’ progress
-Assist in some activities held by the center
Requirements:
-Native English Speaker with neutral accent
-Passport Holder from USA/Canada/Australia/New Zealand/UK/Ireland/South Africa
-2 years teaching experience
-Teaching Certification (TESOL/TEFL)
-Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Positive attitude
- Outgoing personality
- Willingness to learn and use new teaching methodology
- 22- 50 years old
- Able to commit to a fulltime schedule for 12 months
Preferred:
-Bachelor’s or Masters degree in English or Applied linguistics
- CELTA or DELTA qualifications
- 2+ years teaching experience teaching adult learners

New Journey is an Adult English training center focusing on skill based language acquisition. We are looking for motivated and experienced teachers to join our team. Teachers will work a fulltime schedule (40 hours per week) with no more than 25 teaching hours per week.
