The Business Development is responsible for prospecting & identifying new sales leads, pitching company’s services & maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. The individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and online research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach sales goals is essential!
• Researching the needs of the companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
• Contacting potential clients via email and phone to establish rapport and sales potentials
• Develop relationships with new prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
• Assist in planning and support new marketing initiatives
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events in European Regions
• Developing quotes / proposals and generate sales
• Negotiating and renegotiating sales contract by phone and email.

Required experience and knowledge
• Bachelor’s Degree & above preferred
• Min 3 years of business development or Sales or experience
• OEM engineering background is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
